Call for Posters
We invite poster submissions on research related to exposomics, environmental health, and/or Alzheimer’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease-Related Dementias (ADRD) for presentation at the upcoming symposium. Submissions from a broad range of disciplines and methodological approaches are welcome.
Important Dates
- Jan 30, 2026 – Travel Award Application & Early Poster Abstract Submission Deadline
- Feb 20, 2026 – Travel Award Notifications Sent
- April 24, 2026 – Final Poster Submission Deadline for All Other Presenters
Travel Awards
Travel awards are available for graduate students, residents, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty (within 3 years of appointment) who are presenting a poster at the symposium. Selected applicants will be awarded up to $1,200 US Dollars in reimbursed travel and accommodation expenses to support their participation. Payments will be processed after the symposium. To apply, please submit a cover letter and your poster abstract by January 30, 2026. The cover letter should briefly explain why attending this meeting is important for your training and emphasize how it aligns with your career goals.
Poster Competition
To recognize outstanding contributions from early-career professionals, awards will be presented to selected posters authored by graduate students, residents, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty (within 3 years of appointment). Award winners will be announced during the conference. First Place – $400, Second Place – $250, and Third Place – $175.
Presentation Details:
- All poster presenters must register for the conference to participate.
- Detailed guidelines for poster size and setup instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
