Transportation
- Getting to Bordeaux
- Air: Bordeaux is served by Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport, approx 30 minutes from the city center.
- Train: Most trains arrive at Bordeaux Saint-Jean Station, the city’s main railway hub.
- Public Tram (Recommended): Bordeaux’s public transportation system is operated by TBM (Transports Bordeaux Métropole), and tickets are easy to purchase at ticket machines at tram stops or by downloading the TBM Mobilités app.
- From the airport : Tram F (40min) – stop Hôtel de Ville
- From the train station : Tram F (20min) – stop Hôtel de Ville

Language: The symposium will be conducted in English.
Wi-Fi & Technology: Network name and password will be provided upon arrival. Charging stations or outlets are limited at the venue.
Luggage Storage: Whenever possible, it is recommended that participants leave their luggage at the hotel. However, we will make arrangements for those who have no choice but to bring it with them.
