Mount Sinai Awarded $8.45 million for the Center on Health and Environment Across the LifeSpan (HEALS)

The NIEHS core centers support multidisciplinary research in environmental health and exposomics.

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) has awarded Mount Sinai’s Department of Environmental Medicine and Public Health and its Institute for Exposomics Research a new five-year P30 Center grant totaling $8.45 million. The funding will support research infrastructure to study environmental exposures and their impact on health, disease, and development throughout life.
